WHEN WORK STARTS TAKING OVER YOUR MIND
Work pressure is not always loud.
Sometimes it silently sits in your mind, even when the laptop is closed.
You start thinking about tasks that don't even exist yet.
Problems that haven't happened.
Deadlines that are still days away.
Your mind becomes crowded with things that are not even real in the moment.
And slowly, something strange begins to happen.
You stop seeing things clearly.
You struggle to understand basic things.
Basic needs.
Basic emotions.
You're earning money, yes.
But somewhere you start asking yourself a question you never expected:
Where is the peace I thought I was working for?
