THE ISOLATION WE QUIETLY BUILD AROUND OURSELVES

Sometimes isolation doesn’t come from the world.
Sometimes, we build it ourselves.

Not intentionally.
Not because we want to be alone.
But slowly, quietly, through routines and responsibilities, we start creating walls around our lives.

Working from home sounded like freedom once.
No long commutes.
More time for myself.
More comfort.

But somewhere along the way, comfort turned into confinement.

Days started blending into each other.
The same room.
The same screen.
The same pressure.

And before I realized it, I had slowly isolated myself from the world outside my laptop.
