THE UNSEEN MIRRORS

(A reflection on judgment, dissatisfaction, and empathy)

Have you ever met someone who, no matter how much they have, still finds reasons to complain? Or those who judge others in a blink, not knowing the storms they've survived?

We live in a world where empathy often takes a backseat to ego. People measure others through a narrow lens comparing, criticizing, questioning - while conveniently ignoring their own cracks.

It's strange, isn't it?

Someone struggling silently is called weak, while someone loud with chaos is praised for being "bold".
A person taking small steps forward is mocked by someone who hasn't moved an inch in years.
We judge too quickly, speak too freely, and reflect too little.

But here's the truth:
People often project their inner dissatisfaction onto others.
Those who constantly complain might be battling deeper voids than they show.
Those who judge might fear being judged.
And those who seem never satisfied maybe they don’t even know what satisfaction feels like anymore.

Sometimes, the harshest critics have the messiest rooms.
And the loudest voices echo the emptiest hearts.

So instead of reacting, pause.
Instead of defending, observe.
Because often, their judgment is not a mirror of you…
It’s a reflection of them.
